We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across both customer acquisition and existing-client channels.

This is a hands-on role covering paid advertising, lead generation, CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, automation, analytics, conversion, retention and reactivation. Experience in forex, CFDs, fintech, financial services, crypto, payments, iGaming or other high-volume digital acquisition businesses is a strong advantage.

This is a fully remote position. As the role requires close collaboration with the Malta-based team, candidates must be able to work with working hours that align with the Malta time zone.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Paid Acquisition: Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels including but not limited to:

• Google Ads
• Meta Ads - Facebook & Instagram
• TikTok Ads

Continuously monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, cost per registration, CPA, first-time depositor cost, conversion rate, ROAS and customer acquisition cost.



Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and reallocate budgets toward stronger audiences, creatives, geographies and channels.

Email Marketing: Plan, build and execute email marketing campaigns targeting different stages of the customer lifecycle, including:

• New prospect campaigns
• Registration follow-ups
• KYC completion campaigns
• Non-depositor and deposit campaigns
• Client activation and trading-activity campaigns
• Dormant-client reactivation
• Product launches, educational content and promotions
• Loyalty campaigns
• Events and webinars
• IB and affiliate communications
• Client retention campaigns

Own audience segmentation, subject lines, email copy, templates, calls to action, scheduling, deliverability, A/B testing and campaign reporting. Track delivery rate, open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rate, deposit conversion and revenue generated per campaign.
