We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships, delivery, and retention across a slate of accounts at a fast-moving B2B GTM content studio. You will be the person clients rely on from the day a deal is signed through renewal, and the person who holds the delivery team accountable to them.
You are measured on retention. The founder is currently in the middle of every client relationship; this role removes that ceiling. If you have owned accounts end to end, kept multi-workstream engagements on track with cross-functional teams, and can walk into a room with a senior marketing executive without a technical co-pilot, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Client Relationship Ownership
• Own every client relationship end to end from signature through renewal
• Every client request routes through you; you are accountable for momentum, communication, and making sure nothing the client is waiting on quietly stalls
• Build the case for continued engagement and conversion to recurring work from the beginning of every engagement, not in the last two weeks
• Understand each client's business well enough to see what they should be doing next and say so before they ask
Retention and Conversion
• Keeping the account is the job; retention is the primary metric this role is measured against
• On fixed-term engagements, conversion to a recurring retainer is designed in from kickoff
