The company is looking to strengthen its HR operations by implementing and maintaining reliable systems for employee administration, payroll, benefits, time tracking, and HR policy management.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with strong, hands-on expertise in Rippling to lead its setup and support ongoing HR administration for a U.S.-based, multi-location business.
This is a hands-on operational role that combines HR administration, HRIS implementation, payroll and benefits coordination, multi-state policy configuration, and employee support.




The idóneo candidate has already implemented and managed Rippling, understands U.S. HR operations, and can independently coordinate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient HR processes.
