Role Description The Event Organizer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lima, Peru, with a mix of on-site meetings and versátil work-from-home arrangements.



This role is responsible for planning and coordinating corporate events and brand activations, including timeline creation, vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and logistics management. Day-to-day tasks include managing client requirements, preparing event proposals and briefs, coordinating venues, transportation, and accommodations, and ensuring all event materials and experiences align with brand and project objectives. The Event Organizer will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, oversee on-site execution, troubleshoot issues in real time, and monitor post-event follow-up and reporting. The role requires consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear expectations, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality service throughout the event lifecycle.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 yrs experience.
