The agency manages end-to-end lead generation, paid Meta ads, offer optimization, CRM automation, and creative production for a portfolio of active studio clients.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving Marketing Virtual Assistant to take ownership of hands-on execution work across GoHighLevel and Meta Ads Manager.
This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in an English-speaking environment with U.S. business hours overlap.
Role overview
As a Marketing Virtual Assistant,
you will execute day-to-day operations across multiple client ad accounts and GoHighLevel environments following structured SOPs, direction, and Loom walkthroughs. You will focus on precise execution, updating creative assets, refreshing ad copy, adjusting CRM workflows, and maintaining organizational integrity across diverse client accounts.
We are looking for an execution-driven specialist who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, pays strict attention to detail, and proactively flags issues or unclear guidelines rather than guessing.
Selection process
