Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale earthworks and concrete construction for medium to mega projects, preferably within the mining, industrial, or natural resources sectors.
• Experience working within Owner’s Teams, EPCM organizations,
or EPC contractors.
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methodologies, earthworks, and concrete works.
• Knowledge of risk management and constructability practices.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish communication skills.
Main Purpose of the Role
Lead and provide technical oversight for all civil construction activities within the Coroccohuayco Project, ensuring effective integration between engineering, construction, EPCM, contractors, and the Owner’s Team. The position is responsible for promoting construction best practices, constructability reviews, and effective construction management throughout the project lifecycle, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
