- SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) – configuration and maintenance
- SF Employee Central Payroll (ECP) – integration with SAP Payroll
- SF Time Tracking – integration with HCM Time Management

Key Responsibilities

- SAP S/4HANA HCM or hybrid deployment experience
- Integration knowledge: SF SAP HCM middleware (SAP Integration Suite / CPI) – Desired, not mandatory
- Stakeholder Management – fluent Spanish & English required
- Reporting: SAP HR standard reports, Ad Hoc Query, HCM Payroll Reporter

Skill Requirements

- Operational Support (BAU):
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (Payroll, Time, PA/OM, EC)
- Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs; elevate system defects to SAP/SF support as needed
- Perform payroll run support: pre-payroll checks, schema troubleshooting, payroll corrections, and off-cycle runs
- Manage Time Management configuration: maintain work schedules, absence quotas, and time evaluation schemas
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and process continuity
- Projects & Initiatives:
- Lead or support HCM-related projects: system upgrades, legal/regulatory changes (SUNAT, PLAME,



AFP), and process improvements
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders
- Design functional specifications for ABAP developments (new wage types, schemas, PCRs, reports)
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with end users
- Support SuccessFactors configuration changes and participate in SF release cycle reviews
- User Management & Training:
- Act as primary point of contact for end users across HR, Payroll, and People & Culture teams
- Conduct user training sessions and produce functional documentation (process guides, SOPs, release notes)
- Manage expectations and communicate proactively with business stakeholders on issue resolution and project status
