ASESORES DE CITAS ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE - SECTOR SALUD
FUNCIÓN:
Atender llamadas y gestionar citas de asegurados.
Aplicar protocolos de atención de EsSalud.
Validar datos y acreditación del asegurado.
Gestionar, registrar y dar seguimiento a citas.
Resolver consultas y brindar información.
HORARIO:
LUNES A DOMINGO (DESCANSO ROTATIVO UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA)
HORARIOS DISPONIBLES:
Full Time:
02:00 P.M. A 10:00 P.M.
PART TIME:
03:00 P.M. A 06:30 P.M.
06:30 P.M. A 10:00 P.M.
· REQUISITOS:
Experiencia min. 6 meses como teleoperador en agendamiento de citas por llamadas- atención al cliente. ( Indispensable )
Estudios a partir de 3er ciclo para adelante, sea carrera técnica o universitaria.
Manejo de herramientas de Word, Excel, Power Point a nivel Básico. ( Indispensable )
Contar con disponibilidad inmediata.
