About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shared Services Officer (Accounts Payable/Receivable) to join our dynamic finance team. This is a junior/entry-level role responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and various Accounts Receivable functions.
As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will ensure timely payments, maintain accurate vendor accounts, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and ongoing use of our EPICOR ERP system, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes. We are looking for a motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable, who is eager to learn and grow within a integral organization.
