Job Description
We are looking for a Junior People & Culture Business Partner to join our LATAM People & Culture team in Peru.
This role will have a strong focus on supporting our Peruvian organization, including our manufacturing operations, while also contributing to People & Culture processes and projects across Latin America.
Working closely with the Head of People & Culture LATAM, local and regional leaders, employees, and the broader P&C; organization,
the Junior P&C; Business Partner will combine strong HR operational execution with business partnering, employee experience, data and analytics, and regional project support.
The role offers broad exposure to the employee lifecycle and provides an opportunity to develop within an international and multicultural organization, gradually taking greater ownership of P&C; processes and business partnering responsibilities.

• Provide day-to-day P&C; support to employees and leaders, building strong relationships across both manufacturing and administrative teams.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, performance, development, and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and HR administration in Peru, while supporting related processes across LATAM.
