What you will do

The QA Instructional Specialist is a full-time,



hybrid role combining live teaching with technical project evaluation. You will drive student success across the QA bootcamp by delivering high-density live sessions (Webinars and 1:1s) using a centralized, level-based model, while managing asynchronous project reviews and live Co-Learning blocks.

1. Synchronous Instruction & Coaching
• Level-Based Webinars: Deliver 120-minute live webinars grouped by curriculum depth (Initial, Intermediate, Advanced) to serve multiple cohorts simultaneously.
• 1:1 Coaching: Host targeted, 30-minute private coaching sessions via Calendly to resolve automated or manual testing blockers.
• Policy Enforcement: Manage student accountability, ensuring adherence to the 1-session-per-week booking limit.

2. Evaluation & Cohort Support
• Project Evaluation: Grade manual/automated testing projects, bug reports, and test plans against industry standards.
• Co-Learn
