Position to work hybrid in Lima, Peru.

The responsibilities of this position primarily include assisting with the organization’s compliance program for the North America iGaming business vertical for our digital wallets and US acquiring business.

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage state gaming licenses and ongoing regulatory obligations.
- Completing and filing license applications, renewals, change notices, other filing obligations.
- Organization of licensure and records for retention.
- Review and assess acceptability of legal opinions from iGaming operators seeking payment services.
- Assistance with end-to-end Policy and Program development, delivery and maintenance for gaming payment vertical (Policies, procedures, training, monitoring, assurance)
- Stay abreast of changes to provincial, state and federal iGaming regulations and third-party guidelines, conduct impact assessments and keep teams updated and educated on changes.
- Provide support related to gaming regulatory compliance for new or expanding gaming initiatives.
- Assist with the development of third-party due diligence programs for gaming partners and merchants, to include assisting with due diligence investigations.




- General administrative support for iGaming Compliance vertical.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; will also consider relevant experience in lieu of the degree
- 3+ years of Paralegal support experience
- Paralegal Certification is considered a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high growth, fast-paced team environment
- Experience in interacting with senior executives and business unit leaders.
- Ability to work closely with, facilitate interactions within, and influence large cross-functional teams (including representatives from legal, tax, finance, regulatory, compliance, operations, human resources, and communications)
- Agility in managing multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner
- Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Must be extremely organized and proactive.
