? Sales Representative | Join a High-Performance Sales Team!

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals, overcoming objections, and exceeding targets? We're looking for individuals with strong sales experience who can confidently engage customers, identify opportunities, and deliver results.

? What You'll Do:

- Sell memberships, products, and services to customers.
- Use effective rebuttal techniques to demonstrate the value of membership programs.
- Identify upselling opportunities and maximize revenue on every interaction.
- Handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a strong sales focus.
- Manage approximately 40 calls per day and maintain control of the conversation.

✅ What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales roles .
- Strong closing,



negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Results-driven mindset with experience working toward sales metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and call control skills.

? Schedule Requirements:

- Flexibility to work weekends and rotating schedules.
- Training: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST.
- Operational schedules vary within:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST
- Sunday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST
- 1-hour lunch break.
