Salary: USD 450–600/month, depending on experience and editing test

We are looking for a high-quality Spanish-speaking Video Editor to join our content team.

You will edit professional Spanish-language content for YouTube, podcasts, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

This is not a basic cut-and-caption position. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, viewer retention, visual quality, and professional content presentation.

What You’ll Work On

- Long-form YouTube videos
- Podcast-style talking-head videos
- Short-form social media content
- Business, finance, UAE company formation, investment, and real estate content
- Spanish-language content for audiences across Latin America and Spain

Responsibilities
- Turn raw footage into polished, professional videos
- Remove mistakes, pauses, repetition, and unnecessary sections
- Improve pacing and viewer retention
- Add relevant B-roll, stock footage, screenshots, graphics, and visual elements
- Add clean titles, lower thirds, transitions, and motion graphics
- Clean and improve audio
- Perform color correction and basic grading
- Add accurate Spanish captions/subtitles when needed
- Ensure B-roll and graphics correctly match what the speaker is saying




- Create short-form clips from long-form videos
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish required
- Excellent understanding of spoken Spanish
- Strong professional video editing skills
- Experience editing YouTube, podcast, or talking-head content
- Good understanding of pacing and storytelling
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand English instructions and reference material
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
