What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions, integrating them with other systems and services.

The role requires a solid foundation in software development and previous experience using Python or PHP for integrations, automations, or backend services.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Implement automations, flows, and business processes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing solutions.
• Document developments, configurations, and technical processes.

Requirements;

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Sales, Customer Service,



or other modules).
• Knowledge of backend development with Python or PHP.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL).
• Understanding of business processes and good development practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Knowledge of Azure.
• Previous experience in integrations with ERP or CRM systems.
• Intermediate level of technical English.

Must have:

- C# / .NET
- REST API / integration experience
- SQL

Strong plus:

- Dynamics 365 plugin development (XRM SDK)
- Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
- TypeScript / PCF components
