Job Description
Handle enquiries concerning reservations and ensure that all enquiries are replied.
Giving recommendations for alternative hotels/villas to our customers.
Checking availability, follow up confirmation, amendments or cancellation.
Coordinate with all business partners such as hotels, villas, suppliers to make reservations according to the clients requirement.
Input reservation data and ensure that all data is accurately entered on the reservation report/system.
Review and control daily activity in the reservation team.
Requirements
Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
Min. 1 year experience at the same position in the hotel/travel industry.
