Job Description:
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing and digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth.
Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of both product-specific and brand-level campaigns across multiple channels.
Content Creation: Develop engaging,



compliant marketing content tailored to various customer touchpoints.
Data & Analytics: Continually assess, track, and report on campaign success metrics and ROI to optimize future performance.
Design & UX Oversight: Bring a keen eye for marketing-related design, contributing to UI/UX improvements to optimize customer journeys.
Requirements:
Experience 4 to 7 years of broad marketing experience (InsurTech, FinTech, or Financial Services background is a major plus).
Proven track record in digital campaign management and analytics.
Strong copywriting and content development skills.
Familiarity with CRM/communication tools (specifically WhatsApp for Business and automated tech setups).
A solid grasp of UI/UX principles and digital design aesthetics.
Excellent collaborative skills, cross-functional project management, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
