Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of Payment Gateway, owning roadmap prioritization
Analyze the Payment Gateway market landscape and competitor positioning to identify growth opportunities and shape product direction
Define and document business requirements, user stories,



and acceptance criteria that translate into measurable improvements in PG features and integrations
Drive cross-functional alignment across business, technical, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate requirements and clear priorities
Partner with Technical PM, Engineering, QA, and Risk teams to deliver PG solutions that meet both business and regulatory needs
Improve PG performance by driving initiatives that increase reliability and transaction conversion
Maintain existing PG products and lead live issue escalations, coordinating resolution across relevant teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field from a reputable university
2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a Payment Gateway company
Strong understanding of payment gateway flows, integrations, and the merchant ecosystem
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and translate business needs into clear product requirements
Excellent communication in English and Bahasa
Able to keep up with the fast-moving payments and fintech industry
