Job Description
The primary aim of this assignment is to engage a Product Owner / Business Analyst with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) product management to support the development and implementation of the OSFG AI-Enabled Document Review Agent.
This role is critical in defining the product scope, prioritizing the backlog, and bridging the gap between OSFG safeguard specialists' requirements and technical execution, ensuring that the AI solutions are user-centric, reliable, and aligned with 's safeguard frameworks.
In the broader context, this project is strategically important for driving efficiency in reviewing complex environmental and social documentation.
The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in designing the review workflow, establishing framework criteria, and overseeing the delivery of a secure, AI-assisted first-pass review capability integrated within 's existing systems.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
Key activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, including OSFG safeguard specialists and AI engineers, to gather and analyze requirements, define use cases, and prioritize the product backlog.
S/He will also be tasked with managing rule curation and source referencing, defining the criteria for the "Golden Set" for AI model evaluation, and resolving complex technical and workflow dependencies.
Additionally, the Product Owner will oversee end-to-end operational delivery, facilitate client communications, track project progress, and ensure the delivered solutions align with both business objectives and technical constraints, delivering high-quality and reliable intelligent document processing features.
Detailed Tasks/Expected Output
Act as the primary point of contact between OSFG stakeholders and the development team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals, shifting priorities, and first-iteration scope.




Organize and prioritize the product backlog for the AI review engine, balancing safeguard compliance objectives with technical capabilities and delivery timelines.
Coordinate safeguard specialist time for the creation, curation, and validation of the "Golden Set" used to evaluate model accuracy, citation validation, and hallucination control.
Oversee the definition and mapping of review workflows, framework criteria, and rule catalog build processes within ISMS and Power Apps.
Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to deliver robust, user-friendly Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) features leveraging Azure OpenAI and Azure Document Intelligence.
Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance team efficiency and outcomes.
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)
The candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
The candidate should have at least 6 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Delivery Manager, with a strong emphasis on AI, Machine Learning, and product strategy.
The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of managing cross-functional project execution and delivering intelligent document processing (IDP) and LLM-based solutions that meet complex project requirements and industry standards.
Essential skills and experience
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)
The candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related engineering discipline.
The candidate should have at least 6 years of professional experience in full-stack AI and software engineering, with a strong track record of leading AI technical teams and engineering generative AI, NLP, computer vision and large-scale data systems.
The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure AI software solutions, including production platforms serving enterprise user bases.
Essential skills and experience include:
Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Delivery Manager, successfully translating complex client vision and requirements into defined, prioritized scope for engineering teams.
Deep domain knowledge and hands-on product management experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
Proficiency in managing products built on modern AI stacks, particularly Azure OpenAI, embedding models, and RAG architectures.
Strong command of Agile and Scrum frameworks to ensure efficient cost management, high-performing team collaboration, and predictable delivery.
Demonstrated experience in framework-based compliance review, financial/safeguard document analysis, and OCR technologies.
Additional experience that would be advantageous:
Prior experience acting as a service owner, delivery manager, or consultant for enterprise-level digital transformation or regulatory tech (RegTech) initiatives.
Experience collaborating directly with domain specialists to translate manual, knowledge-intensive workflows into automated sequence rules and constraints.
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Platform environments.
