In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed annual revenue, margin, and market share targets in the educational sector with end users as universities and institutes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to adapt strategies proactively.
- Develop and follow up account planning and forecasting processes aligned with corporate objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Implement customer segmentation and value-based selling strategies.
- Oversee pricing strategy and margin optimization, balancing competitiveness with profitability.
- Turnover analysis and sales projection along with material planning and commercial areas.
- Support the Product Manager in negotiating special conditions, including pricing, lead times, and product adaptations for special education projects.
- Products and costumers (ABC) performance assessments and suggestions to eventually corrective actions.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment on demand generation, inventory, and profitability.
- Contribute to product roadmap and go-to-market strategies with market intelligence and customer feedback.
Main Requirements
- +5 years of experience working with B2B Sales oriented to the educational market (Universities, institutes and schools)
- Experience working with projects related to videprojectors or interactive display. (preferred)
- Proved experience selling and developing educational projects in Arequipa or Cusco
- Completion of an undergraduate program required (B.A. or B.S.)
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and effective communication skills.

- Ability to design value propositions aligned with the needs of each institution
