We´re currently looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst (or Account Executive) to be part of our commercial team in Lima office!
Job Purpose:
Lead the growth, retention, and strategic development of key accounts while driving new business generation across existing and prospective clients. The role acts as a trusted strategic advisor, working closely with client leadership to identify business needs, deliver value-driven solutions, elevate client satisfaction, and achieve the company's financial growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Collaborate on the execution, monitoring, and continuous updating of the Account Plan to hit commercial targets.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities to expand account coverage and maximize long-term client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver high-value service proposals tailored to resolve complex client business questions.
Strategic Consulting
- Maintain deep knowledge of clients' strategic plans, growth objectives, and industry dynamics.
- Formulate data-driven strategic recommendations paired with compelling business storytelling.
- Build and deliver high-level executive presentations for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Author strategic business cases, briefs, and practical case studies for current clients and prospective leads.
Client Engagement
- Maintain close, trusted relationships with key client contacts to align solutions with their growth agenda.
- Design, manage, and execute customized training programs—delivering deep-dive analytical insights that increase client tool adoption and strategic valuation.

- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights (data storytelling).
- Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive commercial mindset focused on achieving financial goals and expanding pipelines.
- Relationship management and facilitation skills for client workshops and training.
Requisites:
- Completed graduation in Marketing, Business or related areas.
- Intermediate english.
- Experience with Marketing Insights and Marketing Data.
- Desired: experience with FMCG market/segment.
- MS Office package knowledge.
