About the Role

RevoU is one of the most recognizable brands in career education in Indonesia, with one of the largest learning audiences and co-branded programs with top universities. We also partner with leading enterprises across Indonesia to drive AI transformation and enablement across their workforces.

That brand, distribution and trust is our foundation. We are now using it to re-engineer our learning product around AI, from how we design curriculum to how students learn and get supported.

We are hiring a Program Launcher to own how our programs get built and shipped: our own, and those we run with university partners. You will play a key part in shaping the next phase of RevoU in the AI age, and the standard every program carrying our name is held to.

Every new cohort means a large volume of material that has to be built, checked and finished against a fixed launch date. You will be the person deciding what is ready, what needs another pass, and what is genuinely blocked. You will work directly with subject matter experts, instructors and partners to keep things moving, and you will catch the slip early enough that it is still fixable.

On pace: we launch on fixed dates and those dates do not move. You will own real outcomes in your first month rather than your first quarter, often before every input you need has arrived. If you want a role where the brief lands finished and the scope stays stable, this is not it.

What you will own:

- Taking each program from raw outlines to launch-ready, on the committed date.

- The call on what is ready, what gets fixed first, and what is blocked,



plus the follow-up to unblock it.

- Direct working relationships with SMEs, instructors and partners, including the conversations where you have to hold a line.

- Quality checking every module against its source material, catching the gaps and errors before a student ever sees them.

- Leading on-site production days for pre-recorded sessions.

- Finding faster ways to run the production process itself, so more of the team's time goes to the judgment calls and less to coordination.

Please note: this role requires regular in-office presence. We are looking for candidates able to work from our Jakarta office as part of a Work From Office setup, including on-site availability for production days.

Requirements

Must-haves:

- Proven experience owning deliverables under real deadline pressure. Ideally in content or curriculum production, program or event launches, edtech, agency delivery, or a similarly production-intensive environment.

- Strong ownership and decision-making under ambiguity. You are comfortable making the call on what ships and what does not, without complete information, and explaining that call to the people it affects.

- Excellent stakeholder communication.



You can hold a firm position with a subject matter expert, an instructor or a partner without being dismissive, and without burning a relationship you will need again next month.

- The highest standards and a sharp quality bar. You notice the inconsistency, the missing detail, the error that everyone else read past.

- AI is already part of how you work. You use it daily to research, structure and move faster, and you know where it helps and where it does not. "I'm excited about AI" is not enough.

Nice to have:

- Experience with cohort-based programs, bootcamps or university collaborations.

- Experience reviewing or mentoring more junior colleagues, formally or informally.

- Experience working directly with academic or institutional partners.
