Ensuring proper implementation of company SOPs and supporting fraud prevention through transaction reviews and reconciliation processes. Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and learning skills.

Job Description

- Monitor and review petty cash and inventory transactions
- Conduct audits at company outlets.
- Analyze inventory data to identify issues or discrepancies
- Review and ensure company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are properly implemented
- Assist in fraud prevention by reviewing unusual transactions and supporting reconciliation processes

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology & System, Communication, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply,



especially those with relevant internship experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other basic formulas)
- Good communication skills, able to work well in a team, and willing to learn
- Fluent in English is a plus
