Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, shipment status, and delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding order progress, delivery requirements, and potential delays.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistics and delivery issues, including coordinating alternative routes or suppliers when required.
- Verify relevant procurement and shipping documents, including purchase orders, manifests, delivery notes, and physical quantities.
- Maintain accurate delivery tracking and reporting using Excel or relevant ERP systems.
- Prioritise multiple orders and respond quickly to urgent or time-sensitive delivery requirements.
- Conduct vendor or warehouse visits when necessary to monitor and resolve delivery-related issues.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,



Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in expediting, procurement, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of procurement and logistics processes, particularly order and delivery management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Willing to travel or visit vendor sites, warehouses, or operational locations when required.
