What You Will Do

- Support the delivery and coordination of IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Assist in managing IT services and operational processes following ITSM best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and help translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and implementation activities.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts with internal and external support teams.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across IT operations and project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with regional and integral IT teams.

What We Are Looking For

- Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills.
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to project coordination or project management activities.
- Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.
- Understanding of requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.
- Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
