- Ensure accurate cost allocation to each department (cost center) in accordance with established procedures and policies.
- Perform periodic fixed asset calculations and monitoring.
- Provide financial data and supporting documents required by internal stakeholders and external parties, including Tax Authorities, External Auditors, Bapepam, and other relevant institutions.
- Support branch offices during the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare budget versus presente reports to support performance analysis and decision-making.
- Prepare periodic accounting and financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Internal and External Reports, Management Reports, Departmental Financial Reports, Breakdown Reports, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supervise accrual and prepaid amortization journal entries prepared by Accounting Staff.
- Oversee Accounts Payable activities to ensure document completeness, payment accuracy, compliance with payment terms, and prevention of duplicate payments.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting processes.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement ongoing development programs for team members at the staff level.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies within the workplace.
- Carry out and complete additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Unit Head or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of applicable tax regulations and legislation.
- Proficient in accounting systems and software, with SAP experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
