Description

- Process employee payroll accurately and on time in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide data analysis as required by management.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related activities.




- Assist in audits and ensure adherence to internal controls for payroll processes.

Profile

- Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of related compliance standards.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to read and write Mandarin

Job Offer

- Annual salary ranging from MYR 64,800 to MYR 79,200.
