Job Description:

- Oversee daily motor claims operations to ensure claim verification, assessment, and settlement processes are conducted accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and OJK regulations.
- Support the Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the Claims team to achieve optimal performance and maintain service quality standards.
- Conduct technical claim analysis, identify root causes of delays or discrepancies, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Negotiate with repair workshops, vendors, suppliers, and assessors to ensure quality repairs are delivered at cost-effective rates.
- Monitor claim costs, recovery opportunities, and ensure all claim processes comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), internal policies, and Sunday's customer service standards.
- Coordinate closely with Underwriting, Reinsurance, Finance,



and Compliance departments to ensure complete documentation and timely claim settlement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Insurance, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- Professional certification in General Insurance (AAAIK/AAIK) will be an high advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motor claims, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager position.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with solid knowledge of vehicle structures, repair methods, and cost estimation.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a small team while driving operational performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with workshops, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
