The opportunity

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused casual SeniorCustomer Service Officer who enjoys connecting with others andthrive in a busy environment at Mandurah Aquatic RecreationCentre.

In this role, you'll assist customers with enquiries, feedbackand requests, and play an important role in promoting our programsand services, helping to increase participation and engagement,while providing efficient and accurate administrative support.

To be successful, you will have a proven ability to deliverexceptional customer service, strong communication andinterpersonal skills, and the capacity to manage a variety ofadministrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. No twodays are the same, so you will be a adaptable team player whothrives in a fast-paced environment and committed to creatingpositive experiences for our community

This is a casual position, applicants must be available to worka variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekendsbetween 5:00am and 10:30pm, availabilitymust be clearly stated in your cover letter.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Cash handling, numeracy and literacy skills including banking procedures
- Operate point of sale systems and databases
- Ability to contribute to and work as part of a team
- Knowledge and understanding of reception duties
- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to participate in a full pre-employment medical that includes drug and alcohol testing

This Casual Level 3 position is paid at a rate of $45.87 per hour (inclusive of a 20% casual loading).



Additional rates apply for all ordinary hours worked on a Saturday (25%) and Sunday (50%).
