Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Assign standard unique codes to all incoming fabrics, trims, and samples.
- Input, update, and validate material, supplier, and pricing data to ensure system-wide consistency.
- Maintain and align coding guidelines across Design, Sourcing, and ADP teams.
- Store and label swatches systematically for fast retrieval and track borrow/return logs.
- Photograph materials and archive photos, quotes, and supplier documents in dedicated folders.
- Monitor pending sample requests and vendor quotes, logging active next steps.

- Build weekly dashboards tracking sample pipelines, quote statuses, and delays.
- Perform periodic audits to reconcile physical inventory with digital database records.

Requirements :

- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion or Garment Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.




- Minimum Experience2–4 years in garment or textile administration, fabric or sample administration, merchandising, or production administration.
- Proficiency in english.
- Experience building or maintaining a fabric library or material database from scratch, and exposure to supplier follow-up or sourcing support in a garment or textile manufacturer.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and simple dashboards.
- Working knowledge of fabric types, construction, and composition terminology.
- Document control and filing discipline, including basic product photography and labeling.
- High attention to detail and orderliness in both physical and digital work.
- Proactive and persistent follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
