This role is responsible for researching, analyzing, and interpreting legal matters, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. A primary purpose is to structure, draft, negotiate, and approve a variety of legal documents, including contracts and policies, to protect the company's interests.

Key areas of focus include corporate law, business law, customer protection law, electronic transaction law, intellectual property, employment law, anti-competition law, personnal data protection, AI and technology law, and compliance, often involving representation in dispute resolution processes. This position requires a qualified lawyer with admission to practice law, capable of both internal counsel and liaising with external legal resources on complex matters.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable Indonesian university. Holding an active Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) license is highly preferred and considered a distinct advantage.

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of post-qualification legal experience, with a proven track record in a reputable corporate law firm (top-tier preferred) and/or as senior in-house counsel in a fast-paced corporate environment or high-growth industry.
- Leadership & Team Management: At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity,



demonstrating a strong track record of leading legal teams, mentoring junior/officer-level counsels, and driving cross-functional legal projects.
- Subject Matter & Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive working knowledge across key legal domains, including:Commercial & Contract Law (complex multi-party partnerships, revenue-sharing models, and strategic procurement/sales);Consumer Protection (Law No. 8/1999) and Advertising Standards (Etika Pariwara Indonesia);Competition & Antitrust Law (Law No. 5/1999 and KPPU regulatory practices);Personal Data Protection (Law No. 27/2022) and Electronic Information & Transactions (UU ITE);Telecommunications regulatory framework (Komdigi regulations, licensing, tariff policies, and KYC/registration requirements);Dispute resolution mechanisms (negotiation, mediation, BPSK proceedings, and formal litigation/arbitration);Familiarity with emerging AI governance, digital intellectual property, and technology law.

- Language & Productivity Tools: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficient in contract lifecycle management systems, legal research platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
