Revenue Enablement Partner at BairesDev In this role, you'll ensure the quality and effectiveness of AI-powered business development by auditing AI-generated messaging and reports for accuracy, curating actionable insights from sales tools, and managing outreach templates and sequences. Your daily work includes iterating on AI outputs to meet leadership standards, tracking enablement performance metrics, and preparing content guides for new initiatives. What You'll Do

- Audit AI-generated analyses and messaging for accuracy, lineage, and logic, iterating until outputs are leadership-grade.




- Curate BizDev and Sales insights to surface the signals worth attention from Gong, Delphi, and related tools.
- Set up outreach templates and sequences, editing and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collect data and track the performance of enablement initiatives.
- Prepare content guides for new messaging processes or initiatives.

What we are looking for

- Experience supporting revenue client-facing teams serving in a role focused on enablement.
- Background in creating, editing, and generating marketing materials for client-facing revenue teams.
- Experience testing, editing, and troubleshooting AI prompts.
- Strong copy editing skills for AI output or human-generated content.
- Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Advanced level of English.
