About the role The HR Generalist in Lima supports our growing team and help build scalable HR operations across Latin America. This is a hands-on, broad HR role working closely with the US HR Manager and supporting employees and managers across the LATAM region and others as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.




- Partner with local teams and external HR/payroll providers to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.
- Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and other employee programs across applicable LATAM countries.
- Help ensure HR policies and practices align with local employment requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and requests.
- Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, and reporting.
- Support recruitment and onboarding as the company continues to grow.
- Help develop and standardize HR processes, policies, and systems across all the regions.
- Partner with the US HR Manager on broader HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

- 3 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience, preferably supporting multiple countries.
- Experience with LATAM HR operations and local employment practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or other HR systems is a plus.
