Role Description The Certified Public Accountant will work on-site in Ortigas in a full-time capacity, managing the financial and accounting functions of the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, handling tax computations and filings, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. The role involves maintaining accurate ledgers, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and supporting financial audits and internal controls.

The CPA will collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making, monitor cash flows,



and help optimize financial processes. The position requires close coordination with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and support the company’s growth and community-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations and support strategic planning.
- Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in Tax Preparation, with knowledge of local tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess valid Certified Public Accounting (CPA) credentials and a solid understanding of professional accounting standards.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field, proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in property development or real estate, familiarity with Philippine financial regulations, effective communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in Ortigas on a consistent schedule.
