Job Description




The Food & Beverage Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and business growth for the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets and events by developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue from restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and other F&B; services.
The position works closely with the F&B;, Sales & Marketing, Events, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure commercial targets are achieved while maintaining the Pullman brand experience and high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement F&B; sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for restaurants, bars, banquets, meetings, events, and catering.
- Drive corporate, social, wedding, MICE, and community/event business.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly monitor business opportunities.
