Job Description
The International Potato Center (CIP)is seeking an energetic and outgoing People & Culture intern to perform asan active member of the HR Business Partner Team. As a P&C; intern, she/hewill be exposed to various aspects of the employee experience from TalentAcquisition (recruiting) to Talent Development.
Keyresponsibilities:
- Support theTalent Acquisition process in coordination with the Business Partners team.
- Draft andpublish job postings for national and international positions across socialnetworks and job boards.
- Assist in therecruitment process for national consultancy positions.
- Maintain andupdate databases, as well as prepare KPI reports.




- Prepareinduction and training presentations for internal clients in collaboration withHR Business Partners.
- Providelogistical support for organizational welfare and engagement events.
- Consolidate andorganize data related to HR stakeholders.

Requirements
- Studentof Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related area of study, with focus onHuman Resources and Organizational Development. High grade average is required.
- Priorinternship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Proficiencyin the use of Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets, andpresentations.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Demonstratedanalytical skills with a focus on details.
- Flexibleinterpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Availableto work at least 30 hours per week.
