HR GeneralistJob detailsDepartment / HRJakarta, IndonesiaFull-timeResponsibilities* Manage end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia (SEA), including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.* Partner with hiring managers across the region on recruitment requirements.* Manage onboarding, confirmation, employee changes, and offboarding for Indonesia.* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.* Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, and employee changes.* Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR matters.* Support performance reviews, salary adjustments,



and employee engagement activities.* Ensure HR processes comply with Indonesian labor requirements.* Support regional HR projects and initiatives as required.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.* 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong end-to-end recruitment experience.* Experience in SEA or regional recruitment is preferred.* Good knowledge of Indonesian employment practices and labor requirements.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.* Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.* Experience in technology, engineering, data center, or project-based industries is an advantage.
