Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their career history, achievements, and job goals. Conduct interviews to gather relevant information about their professional background and personal achievements.
- Resume and CV Writing: Create customized, professional resumes and CVs that showcase clients' skills, experience, and accomplishments in a clear and impactful manner.
- Cover Letter Development: Write tailored cover letters that complement the resume and are customized for specific job applications.
- Content Editing: Edit and proofread existing resumes and cover letters to improve clarity, grammar, and formatting.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on current resume trends, industry-specific requirements,



and job market developments to ensure that clients' resumes are competitive.
- ATS Optimization: Ensure all resumes are optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to increase the likelihood of selection during the initial screening process.
- Career Advice: Provide clients with advice on job search strategies, interview preparation, and career development tips.
- Client Feedback: Incorporate client feedback and make revisions as needed to ensure client satisfaction with the final documents.

Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in English, communications, human resources, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in resume writing, career counseling, recruitment, or human resources is advantageous.
- Certification: Certification from a professional association, such as the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches (PARW/CC), can be benefic
