Forwarding correspondence from Head Office to Distributors

Monitoring VMI and communicating it to RBM & HoZ (Stock, Orders, Presente Delivery from CSL)

Checking Distributor Claims (document completeness, SKP contents, claim amount, and approval process by RBM & HoZ)

Checking document completeness for SPP/Marfin (Receipt, tax invoice) before RBM approval

Coordinate with the RBM/HoZ team and ensure effective communication of all matters concerning KS Softex and the Distributor

Preparing data to Audit Internal & External

Ad-hoc tasks according to the job list above

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major.

Willing to work temporarily for a 12-month contract period.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Discipline, responsible, and pay attention to details.

Have good communication skills.
