This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, order management, vendor coordination, data management, and customer service to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.Key Responsibilities* Validate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.* Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding quotations, pricing, and order status.* Manage vendor quotations, negotiate payment terms,



and follow up on procurement and delivery timelines.* Understand and follow internal guidelines and operational processes while processing orders.* Support multiple sales managers and handle multiple orders simultaneously.* Manage order status updates and proactively inform customers and internal stakeholders.* Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional coordination with teams such as Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics.* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely product deliveries.* Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and operational documentation.* Ensure CRM/ERP systems are updated with accurate and timely information.* Prioritize tasks effectively and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.* Support reporting and operational tracking when required.Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales supp
