As a Maintenance Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities for air conditioning maintenance service contracts and developing long-term relationships with customers. You will work closely with the Service team to deliver tailored maintenance solutions, manage the sales process from proposal to negotiation, and ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous account management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell maintenance service contracts and service solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on customer inquiries.




- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target oriented and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in HVAC or air conditioning industry is an advantage.
