- Creating high-quality visual assets for social media and e-commerce, such as content, web banners, pack shot, e-commerce design
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand team to understand campaign goals and optimize visuals for conversion
- Ensure all assets meets all platform requirement and brand guidelines
- Develop thematic, seasonal, and promotional campaign visual
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all e-commerce, internal commerce website, and digital channels
- Manage multiple project with swift action in a fast-paced online retail environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associate degree in graphic design or related field with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design role in FMCG E-Commerce
- Proficient in design and illustration software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, etc
- Able to work independently, but can collaborate with a cross-function team
- Have good communication skill for smooth coordination
- Can work under pressure and have can do attitude
- Fully work from office, but willing to work in versátil hours
