Role Status: 6-months contract
Job Description:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier performance, and emerging business opportunities.
- Lead product research andproactivelysource,identify, and onboard new suppliers and vendors to diversify and strengthen procurement options.
- Negotiatefavourablecontracts and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals aligned with businessobjectives.
- Oversee and ensureaccurate,timelyprocessing of purchase orders and all supplier-related transactions.
- Manage supplier relationships by promptly addressing any faulty items, delays, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all orders, payments, inventory movements, and received stock.
- Take full ownership of packaging, repacking, dispatch, and delivery bookings, including coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to monitor delivery status and proactively resolve any delivery-related issues.




- Monitor and ensure all deliveries meet SLA requirements, including accurate and timely system updates and closure upon fulfilment.
- Follow up on delayed or rescheduled orders to ensuretimelyissueresolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams toidentifyoperational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Foster strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and key internal stakeholders to support seamless operations.

Qualifications / Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines)
- 2-3 years of working experience is preferred
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Based in Jakarta
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
