Job Description:
- Manage bookings received through various communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits, with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strive to increase the conversion rate of each booking interaction whether via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-in by providing clear information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Ensure the availability of vehicles, both cars and buses, on the booking date, and guarantee that vehicle pick-up processes are carried out according to the agreed schedule.




- Provide support and effective solutions to resolve any issues or concerns experienced by customers, whether related to bookings or services received.
- Conduct outbound calls, customer satisfaction surveys, and canvassing activities to promote services and build relationships with potential new customers.
- Work towards achieving the set revenue targets by focusing on effective booking management and improving customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any major

1-2 year of work experience as a sales marketing or telemarketing professional
Knowledge of tour buses or travel agencies
Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations
Experienced in working with targets and under pressure
Basic proficiency in English communication
Proficient in operating Microsoft Office 365
