and banking transactions.* Familiarity with onshore and offshore financing structures, including intercompany loans and interest calculations.* Knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and accounting principles.* Experience in preparing and reviewing legal and financial documentation, including intercompany agreements.* Understanding of foreign exchange (FX) transactions and related reporting requirements.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP (SAP experience is an advantage).* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple entities and regions.
