Propósito del Rol:

Liderar estratégicamente el proceso de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) de Middle Americas, actuando como integrador del negocio para asegurar la alineación entre estrategia comercial, demanda, capacidad, abastecimiento, inventarios y objetivos financieros de la región. Será un socio estratégico de Comercial, Operaciones, Finanzas y Supply Chain, desafiando supuestos y asegurando una visión única y consensuada del negocio. Trabajará en estrecha coordinación con el liderazgo de S&OE;, asegurando una conexión efectiva entre las decisiones táctico-estratégicas de S&OP; y la ejecución de corto plazo.
