We are seeking a qualified accountant with strong systems and project management experience to own the transformation of our internal inventory system. This is an individual contributor role at the intersection of finance operations, product management, and technology. You will act as product owner for the inventory platform — driving enhancements, integrations, and data migrations end-to-end. In a tech-crunch environment,
you must be self-sufficient: comfortable building tools, scripts, and AI-driven workflows independently to solve problems without a dedicated engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Own the inventory system roadmap: plan enhancements, draft BRDs/PRDs, and lead end-to-end delivery from design through UAT to release.
- Lead UAT cycles: define test plans, execute QA, and sign off before deployment.
- Troubleshoot system issues – build self-service diagnostic scripts where possible rather than relying on engineering.
- Drive ERP integration and build automated data pipelines when engineering support is unavailable.
- Plan and execute data migrations with scripting and AI-assisted tooling for validation and reconciliation.
- Identify, design, and implement automation and AI-driven workflows across finance operations (JE generation, bank reconciliation, data extraction, reporting, exception handling).
