What We Offer
- Compensation: €50,000 - €80,000 base salary (benchmarked to technical expertise), with results-based annual bonuses

What You Will Do

You won't just build models "in a vacuum". You will be in the room where decisions happen, translating complex data into strategic business decisions that transform daily operations worldwide.
- Advanced Analytics & ML: Design and deploy Machine Learning models (clustering, sentiment analysis, purchase propensity models, churn and customer lifetime value models) tailored to Customer Operations and Sales
- GenAI & NLP Integration: Build and test LLM-based pipelines, RAG architectures, and NLP flows for voice and text interaction analysis
- Data Processing: Manipulate and structure large volumes of unstructured data from diverse client systems (CRMs, telephony logs, interaction transcripts)
- Strategic Translation: Translate
