Do you have experience supporting a US-based mental health or behavioral health practice? We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant to join a growing mental health team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacks
- Schedule appointments for multiple therapists
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Review and submit claims in SimplePractice
- Support daily front-office operations and collaborate with the team
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience
- Mental health/behavioral health practice experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification
- SimplePractice experience is REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Organized, reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with productivity monitoring software
Work Setup: Remote
