Role Purpose:
TheSpecialist, Permitting & Regulatory Compliance (Offshore)is responsible for ensuring that all offshore project activities (SURF, FPSO & GEP) are executed in full compliance with applicable permits, laws, regulations, and regulatory approvals in Indonesia. The role safeguards the project by managing offshore permitting requirements, maintaining regulatory compliance throughout execution, and acting as the primary interface with regulatory authorities to prevent non‑compliance, work stoppage, safety incidents, environmental harm, and legal or reputational exposure.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Covers offshore project activities only, including offshore construction, installation, marine operations,



and offshore facilities for the Tangkulo Project facilities (SURF, FPSO & GEP)
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Permit & Regulatory Compliance Plan and strategy in alignment with the overall project schedule (SURF, FPSO & GEP)
- Manage Government authorities and regulators relationships (offshore & maritime) from Construction to Commissioning, Start Up & Operation
- Authority to review, validate, and monitor permit and regulatory compliance requirements for offshore activities (SURF, FPSO & GEP)
- High impact on regulatory, reputational, and contractual risk if duties are not properly executed
- Accountable for accuracy, completeness, and traceability of offshore permits and regulatory records
- Interface closely with EPC/EPCI contractors to ensure Permit & Certification scope is delivered in accordance with contract, procedures, and Indonesia Rules & Regulation.
